Refund Eligibility

  • The return request is submitted within the designated return period.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Return Time Limits

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization.

How to Request a Return

  2. Attach clear photos if the product is defective or damaged.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return authorization instructions.
  4. Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Requirements & Exceptions

  • Items showing signs of wear or misuse are not eligible for refund.
  • Customized or final-sale products cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
